Practicalities


How many sessions will I need?

The initial appointment is an hour assessment.
If you feel this is helpful the number of future sessions will be discussed and jointly
agreed to. Reviewing on a regular basis.

Each session is for 1 hour.

Cancellations at less than 72hrs notice will be charged at full rate, unless the space
can be filled.


Confidentiality & Code of Ethics

Information that is shared within the counselling room is confidential. Disclosure will only occur in situations where you or a minor are at risk.

I am bound by the British Association for Counsellors and Psychotherapists’ Code of Ethics and have up to date Professional Liability Insurance.
