My perspective on how counselling can help YOU
What is counselling?
Counselling is an opportunity to:
Talk - Share - Listen
In my work I see you my client as an individual, with your own ‘uniqueness’. I aim to use
all my skills and knowledge to help you feel comfortable, and find solutions to your
personal issues.
Which personal events may prompt you to seek counselling?
- Failing physical health
- Anxiety
- Panic attacks
- Depression
- Bereavement / loss
- When traumatized by past / present events
- When addictions dominate
- Sexual problems
Why do people often wait for a ‘crisis’ before getting help?
When we have managed to be in control of our lives it can be a shock when events leave us confused and unable to cope using our usual strategies.
